Jay Home Medical is a complete Durable Medical Equipment provider in the DMERC region C area, covering Duval, Clay, Putnam, Flagler, Baker, Nassau, and Columbia counties.  We provide 24 hour services to all of our customers, including free delivery and pick-up throughout our service areas.  We pride ourselves on a fast turn around from the time we receive a doctor's prescription to the time you receive your life supporting medical equipment.

Our current medical staff includes a Pharmacy Technician, a Respiratory Therapist, a Physical Therapist and a Registered Nurse - all of whom are on call 24 hours day.  I personally have over 30 years of experience in pharmacy, pharmaceuticals, managed health care, oncology marketing/research/development and hospital specializations.  In addition, our administrative staff is fully dedicated to serving with your well-being placed first.  The main goal of Jay Home Medical is to take care of the patient and their needs with no exceptions
